Apartment Information

Can I take my pet with me?

Per apartment 1 pet up to a maximum of 20kg may be brought to Teilingen Residence.

Do you have baby cots?

You may reserve (upon availability) a baby cot, free of charge, with a maximum of 1 per apartment.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

Telilingen Residence is a non-smoking building. Therefore it is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment nor in the public areas.

Is there an ironing board at the apartment?

All apartments have irons and ironing boards.

Is there a safe in the apartment?

All our apartments have a safe.

Is there a fire alarm in the apartment?

All our apartments have a smoke detectors

How long can I stay at Telingen Residence?

Teilingen Residence has a minimum stay of 1 year. Mail or call us for more information.

Is there a gym?

Yes there is a gym. At the moment it is renovated and will be re-opened early 2023.

Is there a swimming pool?

No, Teilingen Residence has no swimming pool.

Can I store a bicycle at Teilingen Residence?

Yes our facilities include a safe place to store your bicycle.

Is there a restaurant at Teilingen Residence ?

Teilingen Residence does not have a restaurant.

‍Want to go out and have diner in a good restaurant? There is a wide choice of restaurants in Amsterdam and Amstelveen, at the Resident Service Desk they will give you good advice about different restaurants.

Where can I purchase a public transportation ticket ?
Tickets can be purchased at train stations and most of the bus and tramterminals. We advise you buy an OV chipcard which you can top up.

Does Teilingen Residence own a private parking lot?

Paid public parking is available right next to the building as well as the possibility of applying for a parking permit.

Jumbo Supermarket is located 600 metres from Teilingen Residence.

Things to do for children

Next door to Teilingen Residence is the Gijsbrecht van Aemstel Park located, where you will find a playground. Here children can play in a natural environment with, among other things, climbing frames and swings.

The Amstelpark, situated next to the Gijsbrecht van Aemstelpark, also offers playing facilities for children. This park brings a petting zoo, miniature golf and restaurants.

The Amsterdamse Bos, at only 1.2 km from Teilingen Residence, also has several children’s playgrounds. Here you will also find an outdoor children’s pool where children can splash in the low water during the summer.
